This CD is a timer for meditation with children. It allows primary school teachers to select the duration of the meditation session suitable for the age group they are teaching. The tracks have periods of silence, from one minute to fifteen minutes, opening and closing with music and chimes.  

Sheet music and lyrics for the songs are also included in PDF format. 

This CD is in MP3 format. The tracks must be played on a CD player, phone, or computer capable of reading MP3 files.
