  • Problem with an Order?
    If you received the wrong product or the product has reached you damaged or you are missing an item from your order, please send us an email at mmi@wccm.org within seven days of receiving your package, to alert us of the problem. We will happily send you a replacement or the missing item.
  • On Ebooks

    In what format does Medio Media provide Ebooks?

    All the Ebooks available on our website are in the EPUB file format. Ebooks in the EPUB format can be added to and read in e-readers such as the Kindle, Nook and Kobo and can also be read in smartphones, tablets and computers, using an Ebook reader app.

     

    How do I download the Ebook I purchased?

    The download links for your digital purchases (i.e. Ebook or MP3 download) are displayed on the order status page after checkout. Click on the action button “Download Now” to download the digital product to your computer. Look for the saved file on your computer. By default, downloaded files are saved to your computer's "Downloads" folder.

    The download links for your digital purchases will also be sent to you by email (with subject “Your Digital Downloads are ready”). To download the digital product using the downlink on the email, click on the link on the email. You will be directed to a webpage for the digital product. Click on the action button “Download Now” to download the digital product to your computer.

    Follow the instructions of your e-reader device or Ebook reader app for adding Ebooks to your device.

  • On MP3 downloads

    How do I download the MP3 download I purchased?

    The download links for your digital purchases (i.e. Ebook or MP3 download) are displayed on the order status page after checkout. Click on the action button “Download Now” to download the digital product to your computer. Look for the saved file on your computer. By default, downloaded files are saved to your computer's "Downloads" folder.

    The download links for your digital purchases will also be sent to you by email (with subject “Your Digital Downloads are ready”). To download the digital product using the downlink on the email, click on the link on the email. You will be directed to a webpage for the digital product. You may wish to take note of the size (in MB) and the name of the zipped folder (containing the MP3 files) to be downloaded. Click on the action button “Download Now” to download the digital product to your computer. MP3 files are large and may take a few minutes to download.

    Look for the saved zipped folder on your computer. By default, downloaded files are saved to your computer's "Downloads" folder.

    Open the zipped folder and extract the MP3 files contained in the zipped folder.

     

    How do I download the MP3 download I purchased to my iTunes library on my iPhone?

    It is not possible to download an MP3 file directly to your iPhone. You will need to first download the MP3 file to your computer and then using a USB cable to connect your iPhone to the computer, open iTunes and transfer the MP3 file from your computer to your iPhone.

    You can download here detailed instructions on how to transfer the MP3 files from your computer to your iPhone. There are two sets of instructions (each set of instructions comprising two pages): Method 1 - Transfer using the syncing method and Method 2 - Transfer manually.

     

    How do I open (or unzip) a zipped folder?

    Locate the zipped folder that you want to unzip. Press and hold (or right-click) the folder and select “Extract All”.

    The “Select a Destination and Extract Files” window will open and let you choose where you want to save the files. You can save them in the same location as the original zipped file or you can select another location by clicking “Browse” and choosing a new location.

    The extracted files will be organised in folders, with each folder containing the tracks of a single disc. The MP3 download of CD sets with multiple discs will have as many folders as the number of discs in the set.
