Meditation: A Gift for Life marks a significant milestone in the growth and evolution of over 30 years of Meditatio’s outreach teaching meditation in schools across the globe. This booklet came together through the flowering of that experience. The collective wisdom emerging from international leaders teaching meditation in schools can be found in the framework and guidelines set out here. It is designed for teams and individual members of the WCCM to introduce meditation in schools. This resource provides the foundation for a consistent approach while making space for local and cultural adaptation for bringing the gift of meditation to schools anywhere in the world.
