CHRISTOPHER MENDONCA is a writer on spirituality in the Christian biblical tradition. He regularly contributes a series of reflections for Advent and Lent to The Examiner, a Catholic Newsweekly published in the Archdiocese of Bombay. He is also an occasional contributor to The Speaking Tree, the spirituality column of The Times of India.
In addition to completing his philosophical and theological studies, he has a B.A. (hons.) degree in Psychology from the University of Bombay and a postgraduate diploma in Counselling Psychology from the Xavier Institute of Counselling Psychology in India.
As a Benedictine Oblate of The World Community for Christian Meditation (WCCM), he is committed to sharing the gift of Christian meditation. He is the national coordinator for the School of Meditation of WCCM in India and has led retreats, seminars and Essential Teaching Weekend workshops.
