JOE PEREIRA is an archdiocesan priest based in Mumbai and the founder-director of Kripa Foundation which is devoted to the care and rehabilitation of people struggling with addiction and those suffering from HIV/AIDS. Fr Joe has served the WCCM as national coordinator and as guiding board member. He is also a teacher of Iyengar yoga.

Fr Joe travels globally to give workshops on wholeness in relation to self-knowledge. In January 2009, he received the Padma Shri Award from the Indian Government for contributions in the field of social work in India. He has recorded an audio CD Wholeness and Holiness, and a DVD Yoga for the Practice of Christian Meditation. He has also written a book by the same title.
